Keiki Therapy, LLC is a contracted provider with HMSA (PPO, HMO, QUEST), HMAA, AlohaCare, Ohana Wellcare, Tricare, CIGNA, United Healthcare (Commercial Plans and Medicaid), UMR, UHA, Aetna and Kaiser insurance. Please contact your insurance company for specifics regarding OT and PT benefits. You will be responsible for all co-insurance, co-pays, deductibles and non-covered services.

About Keiki Therapy

Nicole Koranda
Occupational Therapist, Registered and Licensed

Nicole Koranda, OTR/L graduated from Mount Mary University in 1998. Her passion has always been working in pediatrics. She has experience working in outpatient pediatric clinics, hospitals, schools, and home health. Nicole has been trained in treatment techniques for Irlen Syndrome at the Irlen Institute in Longbeach Calf., Primitive Reflexes, Pediatric Kinesio Taping, Interactive Metronome, The Astronaut Protocol, Therapeutic Listening, Sequential Oral Sensory Feeding, and the TEACCH Autism Program. Nicole also developed a Handwriting Camp for print and cursive that she has been running since 2016 on the west side of the Big Island.

Nicole moved to Hawaii with her husband and two children in the summer of 2010. When they landed on the Big Island of Hawaii they were greeted with Aloha and decided to embrace the island life. While working in the Waimea and Kohala schools, Nicole was surprised of the limited outpatient pediatric clinics for children with special needs. At that moment, Nicole's husband said, "some day you will own a pediatric clinic on this island." That dream/vision came true in 2019.

Educating parents and family members on how to maximize a child's independence in daily living skills is Nicole's passion. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, swimming, snorkeling, and hiking with her family.


Chanda Zavodny,
Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed

Chanda Zavodny, OTR/L graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. She has 20+ years of Occupational Therapy experience in various settings including Early Intervention, Department of Education, and Private Practice in Florida, California, and Hawaii. She has additional training in Sensory Integration, DIR/ Floortime Model, ABA therapy and Infant Mental Health.

Chanda Zavodny, OTR/L is an Independent Contractor affiliated with Keiki Therapy who provides Occupational Therapy services to children in their home environment and community. Her specialty is working with children who have sensory processing challenges, development delays, trauma, and social emotional developmental needs.

Her passion is to work with the pediatric population and to partner with families to support their child's needs, maximize independence and to improve participation in their daily routine.

In her spare time, Chanda enjoys going on adventures with her two children, hiking, swimming and being in nature.


Andi Falcon
Occupational Therapist, Registered and Licensed

Andi Falcon, MOTR/L was born and raised in Texas. She graduated with her master's degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2008. She has worked in various settings for all age groups including acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, home health, and early intervention. She recently owned her own private pediatric outpatient clinic in Texas for 5 years. Andi Falcon MOTR/L is an Independent Contractor affiliated with Keiki Therapy and is providing Occupational Therapy services via Telehealth.

She specializes in pediatrics with expertise in developmental disorders, learning disabilities, vision therapy, sensory integration, and feeding. She has completed advanced training/certification in the following areas:

Tracy Tagaca,
Mental Health Counselor

Tracy Tagaca, M.Ed, M.A LMHC was born and raised in Hawaii and currently resides on the Big Island of Hawaii. She was a teacher for eleven years and currently works as a school psychologist for the Hawaii Department of Education. Tracy Tagaca, M. Ed, M.A LMHC, DBA Kamuela Counseling LLC is a Hawaii Licensed Mental Health Counselor and sees clients in the evenings. She holds three Master's degrees in Education, Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy.


Katie Emery
Physical Therapist

Katie Emery received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. During her graduate work, she completed a clinical rotation with the Easter Seals Organization and enjoyed volunteering with the Muscular Dystrophy Association. She began her career as a travel physical therapist and since then has worked in both inpatient and outpatient environments treating pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations on the island of Oahu. Prior to moving to Big Island, Katie specialized in treating pediatric clients at a pediatric outpatient facility on Oahu. There she worked with children of varying diagnoses including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay, Torticollis, Toe-walking, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Genetic Disorders, Infant Developmental Motor Delays, Muscle Weakness, Hypo/Hypertonia, and Scoliosis in order to improve gross motor skills through a play-based approach. During her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and 6-year-old Rottweiler hiking and swimming.


Jen Anlauf
Occupational Therapist, Registered and Licensed

Jennifer Anlauf, MOT, OTR/L, moved to Hawaii from California shortly after obtaining her Master's in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2006. Her interest in pediatrics was piqued during her Level II Fieldwork experience at an outpatient pediatric clinic setting where she worked closely with occupational therapists and speech therapists providing care to a diverse pediatric population. Jennifer also had the opportunity to design and implement an occupational therapy program for at-risk youth during her Master's year which was successful enough to have an article published about the program in California's Occupational Therapy Association's magazine.

Before becoming an independent contractor with Keiki Therapy, Jennifer's career led her to support and advocate for individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings (schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities and home health) and with multiple diagnoses and challenges. She values each person/family as unique and has seen the transformative power of therapeutic intervention.

Jennifer has experience supervising occupational therapy programming and providing direct service in a private school setting on Oahu and for the Department of Education in the East Hawaii Region. During her time with the DOE, she developed a summer camp, "Cool Kids Camp," with other professionals to enhance and promote sensory motor function, communication, fine and gross motor skills and socialization for kids with Individualized Education Plans.

Her passions in pediatrics include sensory integration, social-emotional development, bilateral integration, self-feeding skills, learning and development through play, augmentative communication access and seeing kids become as independent as possible and access their communities. Holistic care is her constant goal.

Jennifer's interests include gardening, ocean/beach activities, swimming, working out, writing and modeling.


Sue Graff
Physical Therapist

Sue Graff, MSPT, RPT received her MSPT a long long time ago.

Since then she has worked almost every aspect of the pediatric spectrum, including 15 years at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). In those many long years since graduation she has worked everything from the NICU to Rehab to outpatient in a variety of specialties. Early Intervention is her passion, and she likes working out challenging issues.

Having been an accomplished gymnast and Olympic rated Gymnastics judge, she likes to use gymnastics movements in her therapy programs.

Sue's interests include farming (goats, sheep, chickens, fish, bees and dogs), genealogy, gardening and travel. She has had the opportunity to work in a number of foreign countries during her travels, and continues to work and travel.
